About
Olivia Baldi
Olivia Baldi is an Italian Music Producer, Cellist and Vocalist currently based in Berlin. She started her musical journey through the study of cello at the age of 8 at a local music school and soon continued at the Conservatory of Santa Cecilia in Rome.
Following the completion of her master's degree in Music Production at BIMM Berlin, she delved headfirst into the realms of recording, production, and collaboration, engaging with a multitude of artists across a spectrum of musical genres and contexts.
In 2016 she had the chance to perform and record the cello in the acclaimed indie album of duo Carl Brave & Franco 126 “Polaroid”.
In 2017 she took part in the World Youth Orchestra.
Her work as Music Producer showcases extensive use of her voice employing granular synthesis and vocal chopping to create melodies.
In 2022 she started her solo Artist Project “C/CADA '' and released her first IDM, Electronic track ”Cirrus' ' and the song “Silver' ' the result of a collaboration with dj and artist Morphena.
In 2024 she started delving into the world of Music and Sound Design for Film.
As Sound Engineer, she worked at the SHE SongwritingCamp 2024, hosted by Warner Music Chappel at JRS/Flow Studio in Berlin.
